Are you searching for information on an ancestor, why not place an advertisement in our quarterly magazine, "The Midland Ancestor"(TMA), one of our members might be able to help.

The TMA is published on the 1st of March, June, September and December.

Once you have paid, your advert will be sent to our editor and will be included in the next edition of the TMA.

Please note entries have to be with the editor six weeks before publication date, eg. adverts received in August would go in the December issue.

Harper - Charlotte neé New a 3x great

grandmother who lived in Dudley and

died in 1878, at Southalls Lane aged 83.

Her husband was William Harper, a

lime stone worker died 1867 aged 73.

Looking for any ancestors and descendants.

Their son Isaac was my 2x great

grandfather but he was killed in a ‘fall of

stone’ at the Wren’s Nest Limestone Mine

in 1846 aged 26.

Any information about the family would

be greatly appreciated.
